Bread Recipes

I need a good whole grain bread recipe.  I have one, but its turns out kind of crumbly & hard to slice small pieces (I'll post it if anyone wants it though)... maybe I need to decrease the flour a little or something?  And, I don't have a bread maker.  But I'll take any recipes anyone has.... it doesn't even have to be whole grain/wheat.   Just something good... anyone?

*and its cutting off half my picture now... I don't understand!  Why can't you be a small picture???

Dang! Why do you do this to me???-lol! ;D I'm ah cravin' carbs right now...real bad!!! I already had a donut, half a muffin, and a piece of carrot cake at church this morning, hahaha! That picture looks so yummy, and NO, it's not too big-perfect! ;D Boy, if you get a good wheat bread recipe or other, post it! Even the one you make without a machine-I like thick slices of bread. I've never made bread before, but was given a bread machine a few yrs ago...it's still sitting in the box:( But, I just need some inspiration...and maybe these pregnancy cravings, are just that! ;)

Beth - I didn't know you had a blog until your most recent comment on my blog. I'll tell ya' girl, you are sure going all the way with this womanhood stuff, but I respect you for it. You asked one time (and I forgot to respond) about Babywise. I swore by it, but with the way you are going, I'm not sure you'd be comfortable. It seems you are leaning in the baby-wearing type of direction. Maybe? Let me know because I'd be happy to talk about either way with you. I have friends on both tracks!

And, now, for the last bread recipe you'll ever need.

I've had the best of luck with this very simple, yummy bread recipe:

Sorry that link is so ridiculous! Just scroll down a bit, it's under "you could call this sandwich bread".
